What data we process and why

When you write to us through the contact form we process your name, your email and the message you send, solely to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a quote.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects browsing data (pages viewed, device type, approximate origin) in aggregate, so we know which parts of the website are of interest. If you don’t accept them, it isn’t loaded.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form or by accepting analytics cookies, and taking pre-contractual steps at your request. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Retention

We keep messages for as long as the business conversation lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. Google Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The website and email are hosted by Hostinger, which acts as data processor. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. processes the browsing data as processor; Google may transfer it to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of or request the portability of your data by writing to hola@notos.cat. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
