Aerial photos and videos of buildings, estates, construction sites, hotels, vineyards, landscapes and outdoor events. The drone shows what can't be seen from the ground: the surroundings, the scale of a project, the relationship with the sea or the landscape. We combine it with ground-level photo and video to tell the whole story.

Yes. We're pilots certified by AESA (the Spanish aviation safety agency) and we fly in line with European drone regulations, with liability insurance. This matters: a flight without certification or insurance can cause legal problems for both the pilot and whoever hires them.

Not always. Town centres, protected natural areas and zones near airports have restrictions or require permits and prior notice. Before each project we check the location and handle whatever is needed. If it's not legal to fly somewhere, we'll tell you clearly and find another way to get the shot. We also don't fly in strong wind or rain: in that case we change the date.

Because a project is understood by how it looks. A specialist photographer takes care of light, composition and perspective (straight verticals, true proportions) so the space is perceived exactly as it was designed. Those images are the ones that will go on your website, to awards, publications and client presentations, and much of how your work is valued depends on them.

Yes, it's one of our specialities. We adapt to each studio's language and plan the shoot according to orientation and light: interiors in natural light, exteriors in sunset or blue-hour light, and details of materials and finishes. We also photograph furniture and design pieces.

It means documenting the progress of a build with photo, video and drone on regular visits. It keeps owners and investors informed, gives you a visual record of every phase (very useful if any issue arises) and generates content to communicate and sell the project. We agree the frequency of visits with you based on the duration and key phases, and we deliver everything organised by date and phase.

We coordinate each visit with the site manager, follow the safety rules and bring our own personal protective equipment. If the site has stricter requirements than usual, we go over them together before the first visit. We move quickly and without getting in the team's way.

Yes. From aerial views of the plot and surroundings, through construction progress, to the before-and-after and the final shoot of the finished building. It's content developers can use from day one to sell off-plan.

Yes. The first viewing of a property happens online, and the photos decide whether someone asks to see it or keeps scrolling. Images with good light and true perspectives attract more interested viewings and convey the property's value, especially for high-end homes. Depending on the property, we add video and aerial drone shots to show the surroundings, the views or the plot.

The most important thing is to tidy and declutter: remove personal items, leave surfaces clear, open the blinds, check all the lights work and have the garden or pool ready. Before the shoot we send you a checklist with all the details.
